Closing the Gap: Mirroring Classroom Training in a Remote Environment

The global pandemic disrupted the service industry. Within a moment's notice, 70% of the US population was working from home as the number increases. Still, businesses needed to continue operations successfully while hiring and training new agents; without hindering productivity.

With each passing month, the remote-training paradigm has jettisoned into the forefront of businesses worldwide.

In this engaging one-hour session, Michael Sanders of NTI will discuss with eLearning legends, Joe Ganci, John Cozzoli, and Tammy Bjelland the methodologies, viewpoints, and success stories behind the implementation of classroom training into an online environment.

Leverage the actionable advice from this session to overcome the most robust remote learning challenges.
